19,000 new homes proposed for south-west Sydney
The NSW government is fast-tracking a proposal to build 19,000 homes in south-west Sydney.
The state is grappling with a crippling housing shortage intensified by natural disasters and rapid population growth.
The proposal is part of the government’s $2.8 billion package to improve housing supply in NSW.
Minister for Planning and Minister for Homes Anthony Roberts told Ray Hadley it’s exciting news for south-west Sydney.
