73-year-old man charged with murder of Christine Neilan

A man has been charged with the murder of Lightning Ridge woman Christine Neilan.
The 39-year-old’s body was found in bushland in January of 2020.
A post-mortem examination revealed she died from serious head injuries.
Police have charged a 73-year-old man who has been refused bail, to appear in court today.
