Shots have been fired into a home in Sydney’s west overnight.

Police were called to a property on Townview Road at Mount Pritchard just before 1am, following reports of gunfire.

A man inside the home told officers three shots had been fired at the home.

The occupants, two men aged 30 and 61 and a 57-year-old woman, managed to escape injury.

Forensics officers are examining bullet holes and a number of projectiles that were found at the scene.

Initial investigations suggest the shooting may be targeted.

Just last month, another home at Mount Pritchard was shot up in a targeted attack.
