WATCH | Elderly woman attacked in horrifying video

An elderly woman has been viciously attacked outside Market Square Shopping Centre in Geelong.
The video shows a younger woman pushing the elderly woman from her walker and throwing her to the ground by her hair.
She then kicks her until bystanders intervene.
Police have arrested a 23-year-old woman in relation to the alleged assault.
