Jockey dead after tragic accident

A female jockey has died after falling from a horse in Melbourne’s south-east.
The 22-year-old jockey is believed to have fallen during trackwork at Cranbourne Racecourse just after 4.30am.
WorkSafe confirms they are investigating a death at the racecourse.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
