Australia’s Principal of the Year reveals the secrets to his success
Australia’s most outstanding principal has revealed how he leads his school and his students towards success.
Tim Lloyd has been principal of Plumpton High School in Sydney’s west for five and a half years.
He’s just been named Government School Principal of the Year at the Australian Education Awards, beating out contenders from all over the country.
The former PDHPE teacher tells Ben Fordham he has a clear sense of what it takes to be a good principal.
