Pauline Hanson slams Scott Morrison’s ‘pathetic’ bushfire response
Pauline Hanson says the Prime Minister has a long way to go to regain the confidence of the public after his “pathetic” response to bushfires.
At least 24 people have died and 2000 homes have been lost as bushfires continue to burn across the country.
One Nation leader Pauline Hanson says Scott Morrison’s response to the crisis has left a lot to be desired, especially after his poor response to the drought.
“He’s actually getting such a backlash through the drought because of his ineptness of actually dealing with the problem.
“He had to do something with the bushfires. I think what they’re doing is pathetic, of offering $2 billion over the next two years. I think that a lot more can be done.
“The flow-on effect it’s going to have to the communities and businesses, we’re going to feel the effects of it for years to come.
“He’s lost a lot of confidence from the public.”
