Taxpayers ripped off in ‘worst deal of the decade’
A report has found the federal government paid too much for land for the new Western Sydney Airport.
The National Audit Office claims the Leppington Triangle site was valued at just over $3 million after it was sold to the Commonwealth for $30 million.
Ben Fordham says the Audit Office believes the deal fell short on ethical standards.
“This has to be the worst deal of the decade!”
