Ray Hadley is warning buyers to be wary when shopping for second-hand cars.
He yesterday heard from a friend, whose son had troubles when inspecting a truck to buy for work.
“When he got there, the vehicle that they inspected was not the one in the photo,” Ray said.
“That was the first red flag…”
