NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller has confirmed they’re seeking urgent external legal advice over the limo driver at the centre of the Bondi outbreak.

Ben Fordham had revealed, under current health orders, the police cannot take action against the man.

Mr Fuller told Ben they’ve “sent it out for urgent legal advice”.

“There’s a fair bit of public outrage about it.”
