Healthy Living host Dr Ross Walker is calling on the government to utilise localised lockdowns when COVID outbreaks emerge.

He told Ben Fordham reaching zero cases in winter can’t be done.

“Put out the fires where there are fires and let the rest of society have more access.

“We’re just not going to stop this.

“We just can’t set these ridiculous targets of zero cases.”
