Retired NRL star Benji Marhsall has revealed to Jim Wilson he has ambitions to coach in the future.

The 36-year-old will spend next season in the media commentating with Fox Sports, but admits the desire to coach is there.

“(There’s) the fulfilment of having a goal at the end of the year, and being involved in footy, so I feel like I want to do a bit of coaching in some sort of way,” he said.

“I’m just not sure what that looks like at the moment.”
