T20 vice-captain Pat Cummins backs ‘bloody good cricketer’ Mitch Marsh
Australia’s T20 World Cup line-up remains up in the air, but oft-criticised star Mitchell Marsh has received a strong word of support.
Vice-captain Pat Cummins assured James Willis Marsh is much loved by his teammates.
“He gets picked because he’s a bloody good cricketer.
“He’s one of those players that can just take the game away from the opposition really quickly, not matter what he’s doing with the ball or the bat.
“[I’m] expecting a really strong tournament from him, he’s a huge fighter for us.”
