West Australian police have released a heartwrenching audio clip of the moment they found Cleo Smith.
After breaking their way into the property where she was held, police ask the little girl what her name is.

Police yesterday released some of the vision from cameras worn by officers who rescued the four-year-old.

The first vision of Cleo since returning to her family home in Carnarvon has been captured by Nine News cameras.
