10-year-old Poppy, born on Remembrance Day, has performed live on-air in honour of Australian soldiers.
Earlier, Poppy had called into Ben Fordham Live and gave a live bagpipe performance.
Now, on Remembrance Day, she’s given 2GB listeners a special performance.
