‘PC nightmare’: School cancels ISIS survivor for ‘promoting Islamophobia’
Ben Fordham has detailed a case of political correctness gone mad in Canada, with Toronto public schools banning a book club event over Islamophobia concerns.
One of the speakers was an Iraqi Nobel Prize-winning human rights advocate captured, tortured and sexually assaulted by Islamic State, who wrote a book about the horrific experience.
The Toronto Public School Board banned students from attending her event.
“Why? They say the event could promote Islamophobia. I’m not kidding.
“That’s like cancelling … a Holocaust survivor because it could upset the Germans!”
