Western Sydney club bans unvaccinated despite rule change
A Western Sydney club will not welcome the unvaccinated despite the government relaxing COVID restrictions today.
From December 15, unvaccinated people are allowed to enter non-essential business but some have decided not to follow the government’s lead.
Wenty Leagues CEO Glenn Kovacs told Chris Smith they want to protect their staff and members.
“They tell us if we allow unvaccinated patrons into the club, they won’t be coming back.
“We were shut down for 14 weeks and we don’t want to go down that road again.”
