Man charged over theft of $500,000 worth of rapid antigen tests
A man will face court today over the alleged theft of Rapid Antigen Test kits in Sydney’s south.
42,000 RATs with a value of $500,000 were taken from a freight depot in Hale Street Botany on Tuesday afternoon.
Following inquiries, detectives arrested three men at a storage facility at Rosebery, with a number of items seized.
The men have since been released pending further inquiries.
A fourth man, aged 27, was charged with dishonestly obtaining property by deception.
He was refused bail and will appear in court today.
