Ben Fordham has warned Australia’s international reputation has taken a hit, deterring tourists from returning to our shores.

International tourists will be welcomed back to Australia on Monday, after nearly two years of border closures.

But Ben says historical lockdowns and inconsistent rules will keep a lot of people away.

“We’ve been painted as COVID dictators,” Ben said.

“We’ve got a lot of ground to make up.

“The flights may be restarting on Monday but we’ll be standing around, scratching our heads, and asking international tourists, ‘Where the bloody hell are ya?'”
