Fuel prices – the topic of choice among plenty of Aussies right now.

Luke Grant is joined by Dr Lurion De Mello, senior lecturer at the Department of Applied Finance at Macquarie University’s Business School, to find out if the current prices get worse?

Brent Crude, the world’s crude oil price benchmark, touched $139 US dollars a barrel on the 7th March and today it’s hovering around $100.  In Dec last year it was around $75.

The war in Ukraine has caused prices to skyrocket with the threat of real supply concerns with 8-10 million barrels of oil from the world’s Number 3 oil producer, Russia, coming offline.
