Ray Hadley cannot believe the Labor leader’s explanation as the Solomon Islands is set to sign a security treaty with China. 

Anthony Albanese appeared to suggest, in an interview on Sky, the move can be attributed to Australia’s lack of action on climate change.

“The world’s biggest polluter is China, you numbskull!” Ray exclaimed.

“It’s the most mullet-headed explanation I’ve ever heard!

“You’d need to have the brain of kumquat to actually suggest this!”
