The Wests Tigers are reportedly set to pay Luke Brooks more than $1 million for the final season of his deal next year.

Controversy has surrounded the Tigers, as they have yet to secure a win this season.

Head Coach Michael McGuire has come under fire for the recent performances, and questions remain if he will still be at the club.

Paul Gallen told WWOS host Mat Thompson that Halfback Luke Brooks doesn’t look interested.

“He doesn’t look happy there.”

“For a guy who is supposedly looking for a release and doesn’t look happy on 1.1 million dollars in your salary cap… that’s a lot of money.”

“Back him or move on!”
