An independent candidate has hit out at Kristina Keneally’s claims she is a plant for the Liberal Party.

The Daily Telegraph reports Ms Keneally’s primary vote has collapsed by nearly 13 points to 42 per cent.

Fairfield Deputy Mayor and independent candidate for Fowler Dai Le told Ray Hadley claims she’s a Liberal are a “blatant lie”.

“Her staff have been putting up posters saying a vote for Dai Le is a vote for the Liberals,” she said.

“Everybody should know that that’s a lie.”
