Crown gets the green light to open its Sydney casino
Crown has been being given conditional approval by the regulator to open its casino in Barangaroo.
The Liquor and Gaming Authority says the company has overhauled its gaming model since an inquiry last year found it was unsuitable to hold a licence.
The conditional approval will run between 18 months and two years.
The Liquor and Gaming Authority chair Philip Crawford said it will be allowed to “conditionally begin casino operations”.
