Two Aussie comedians are being sued over their new beer label.

Duo, The Inspired Unemployed, have racked up 1.4 million followers on Instagram.

Last year, Jack Steele and Matt Ford launched their own zero-carb brew, Better Beer, but another label, Sidewinder Beer, claims the design of their can has been copied.

Rugby League great Billie Slater, media personality Eddie McGuire and comedian Mick Molloy are behind the rival company.

The case is now before the courts.
