NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler will remain in his role. 

Mr Chandler’s shock resignation last month was triggered in part by issues with former fair trading minister Eleni Petinos who has now been sacked.

The Premier had insisted the decision was linked to unrelated bullying allegations, and not the claims made by the Building Commissioner.

Now, Customer Service Minister Victor Dominello has confirmed to Ray Hadley Mr Chandler will remain in his role until August, 2023.
