Calls for speed locks in all new cars after horror Buxton crash
Top road safety and trauma experts are calling for the introduction of adaptive speed locks in new cars to stop drivers from speeding.
It comes after five teenagers died in a horror crush in Buxton.
Professor George Rechnitzer told Ben Fordham the technology is used in Europe.
“They’re predicting a reduction of about 20 per cent in road fatalities.”
