This week Sarah cooks Tandoori Chicken Rolls…
Ingredients
1-2 tablespoons tandoori paste
I tub natural Greek yogurt
Chicken breast (sliced)
Oven bake bread rolls
Snow pea sprouts
Sour cream
Sweet chilli sauce
Method
Combine natural yogurt with tandoori paste.
Marinate chicken in the paste for several hours if time allows.
Cook chicken in fry pan.
Heat rolls in oven and top with chicken.
Add sour cream, sweet chilli sauce and snow pea sprouts.
