Government pressured to raise age of criminal responsibility

Human rights groups are calling on the federal government to lift the age of criminal responsibility.
There have long been calls for Australia to reform its justice system and raise the age of criminal responsibility from 10 to 14 as recommended by the United Nations.
Criminal psychologist Tim Watson-Munro joined Luke Grant to share his thoughts on the issue.
