The push to legalise cannabis for adult use in NSW could see laws around driving under the influence of medicinal cannabis amended and previous criminal cannabis convictions expunged.

Legalise Cannabis Party’s Jeramy Buckingham told Chris O’Keefe that we are not at “risk creating a society full of just dazed out stoners”.

“Your listeners are paying billions of dollars a year to put cannabis users in jail to clog up the courts and it hasn’t stopped a single person in Australia from smoking one joint or one bong ever,” Mr Buckingham said.
