Deputy Premier Paul Toole reiterates the State Government’s commitment to connect western NSW to Sydney with an 11-kilometre tunnel from Blackheath to Little Hartley. Despite the Opposition saying there are too many question marks over the project, Paul Toole says it’s an essential upgrade for regional NSW and long overdue.
