Business NSW to create a vibrant and bustling 24/7 community in Sydney CBD
Business NSW is looking to fill empty old buildings in Sydney CBD with full-time residents and around-the-clock workers.
Today, Business NSW released their “Revaluing Sydney’s CBD report” which is calling for major changes.
David Harding told Chris O’Keefe that older buildings are not so popular anymore and that they need to be repurposed.
“We’re looking for residential, child care, educational purposes and gyms. We’re looking to bring people back into the CBD 24/7 rather than nine til five,” David Harding said.
