A senior Liberal Party powerbroker appears to have resurfaced after disappearing during a parliamentary inquiry into alleged branch-stacking.

Video sent to The Ray Hadley Morning Show appears shows Christian Ellis, a member of the NSW Liberal Party state executive, crossing a road in Deniliquin.

It is alleged Mr Ellis and other senior Liberal Party members were paid “significant amounts of money” by property developer Jean Nassif to stack Sydney’s Hills Shire Council with pro-development members.

A member of Edward River Council, told the parliamentary inquiry earlier this month that Christian Ellis had last been seen driving around the Deniliquin area wearing a “black ski mask”.
