Prime Minister Anthony Albanese dropped into 2GB at the Sydney Royal Easter Show to wish everyone a happy Easter and talk a little bit of politics. 

The Prime Minister told Chris O’Keefe that the Easter Show is “a great Sydney celebration” and he didn’t want to miss it.

“Its a way in which the country and farmers can show their goods, and it’s much safer than the House of Representatives,” he joked.

Prime Minister Albanese also weighed in on Peter Dutton’s opposition to the Voice to Parliament.

“I am disappointed, I was very hopeful that this could be a a moment above politics,” he said.
