Former NSW Court of Appeals Judge, Terence Cole, has weighed in on the Indigenous Voice to Parliament, saying it is “wrong in principle”.

“To achieve (these) objectives, it is necessary to split the Australian people permanently into two groups based solely on race,” Cole wrote in a submission to parliament.

Another “Yes” campaigner, Professor Marcia Langton, has warned that she won’t be performing any more “Welcome to Country” if they lose the referendum.

“Now we have people making threats…Vote YES….or else,” said Ben.
