Landlords will have a lot to worry about if the Greens get their way.

Housing spokesperson Max Chandler-Mather said his party wanted to cap rental property ownership and make unlimited rent increases illegal.

“We just don’t think it’s fair that at a landlord can put up the rent by as much as they want”, he told James Willis on Drive.
