Breakthrough dementia drug could help millions
Dementia has for a very long time been hard to treat, but now there’s renewed hope thanks to a breakthrough in research.
Three drugs have been capable of decreasing progression of Alzheimer’s in recent trials by 35 per cent.
“This is a really exciting result we’re seeing”, Associate Professor Blossom Stephan told Deb Knight.
