Senator Hanson slams Labor’s misinformation bill

Luke is joined by Pauline Hanson, Senator for Queensland / Leader of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, to discuss the Yes campaigners ‘tactics document’, which outlines the need to find a villain in their discussions with soft No voters.

Also discussed is One Nations sold-out event at Brisbane on the weekend looking at the federal government’s so called misinformation bill.

These are the new laws where the government is always right and if you disagree with them in an online forum, you could end up being censored and having your opinions scrubbed out.

The draft bill, which will grant the Australian Communications and Media Authority heightened powers to fine social media giants millions of dollars for content deemed to be “harmful” misinformation or disinformation, has also been criticised for its broad definitions.
