EXCLUSIVE: Chris O’Keefe has revealed that Mosman Council will debate an Aboriginal Land Claim request for waterfront land at Balmoral Beach.

The specific request pertains to a block of land located behind The Esplanade, which is the main drag that runs parallel to the beach.

“I’ve spoken to two local real estate agents today to get an idea about the land value, and they both reckon it would be worth at least $100 million dollars,” he said.
