‘There is a huge gap’: Andrew Johns names his two Grand Finalists
NRL Immortal Andrew Johns believes the race for this year’s NRL premiership is down to just two teams, saying there’s a huge gap from the rest of the finals contenders.
Johns believes the Panthers and Broncos will battle it out in the decider, after the two teams recorded huge wins over the Warriors and Storm respectively to progress to the Preliminary finals.
Joey told The Continuous Call Team he believes it’s a two horse race.
“There is a huge, huge gap between Brisbane and Penrith, and the rest of the teams,” Johns said.
“I think Brisbane and Penrith will fight it out. I think they’ll be the Grand Finalists.
“We could have an absolute classic.”
