Monty Betham reveals key change behind Warriors success
Former Warriors captain Monty Betham says the club’s change in belief has been the key behind their success this season.
After finishing 15th last season, the Warriors finished in fourth this year, before advancing to a Preliminary Final against the Broncos.
Betham told The Continuous Call Team a change in culture has helped the Warriors become a contender for year’s premiership.
“I mean the belief in these boys this year has been impressive,” Betham said.
“When you start winning games and you’re enjoying the processes in and around you, it’s a really nice feel.
“You love coming to training, you start believing and then anything is possible, and that’s what this side has said all year.”
