Biden’s 81st birthday sparks fresh concern about his fitness

Clinton Maynard

Luke is joined by Adam Creighton, Washington correspondent with The Australian, who provides an update on Joe Biden’s 81st birthday while raising concerns about his fitness for a second term at 86.

The latest NBC Poll shows Biden’s approval at a record low of 40%, with even younger voters preferring Donald Trump. In a three-way contest, Biden scored 36%, Trump 44%, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 21%.

These results align with national polls indicating that two-thirds of Americans think Biden is too old for a second term.  The U.S. president’s public appearances are marked by tripping, confusion and incoherent speech with questions persisting about his ability to read the political room.
