Australia’s national science agency, CSIRO is celebrating a decade of reducing the population’s waistline, with the release of a 10 year analysis of the weight loss results and habits of its Total Wellbeing Diet online members – including insights into the preferences of the Australian dieter.

2024 marks 10 years since the launch of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet online, with over 1.2 million Australians impacted by the program since its evolution from book to online.
