The mother of two-year-old Ella living with cerebral palsy, has spoken about the struggle to secure NDIS funding for a beneficial therapy program and its delay. 

She explained that the funding delay could impact her daughter’s access to treatment, with Ray making a heart-warming promise to help.

UPDATE: Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme of Australia, Bill Shorten, has addressed the urgent appeal from Ella’s mother, and has explained a meeting will take place on Monday to discuss solutions.
