Over the last forty years I’ve been fortunate to visit some of the great car
museums, concours and events in Europe. Later this year in September I’m
hosting a classic car tour to Europe taking in the celebrated Goodwood Revival
Festival, as well as the Salon Prive and Hampton Court Concours’, a visit to the
Britain’s National Motor Museum, a tour of the Land Rover factory and its proving
facility at Eastnor Castle, to the Lotus and Morgan factories then across to France
to the fabulous Schlumpf museum, on to Italy and a visit to the Ferrari factory and
Museum, also Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo and Pagani and then to Germany and
Porsche and Mercedes- Benz and then a chance to drive the famous Nurburgring
race circuit. If you’re a car buff, it’s a tour not to be missed.
