Farmers Managing Climate Change

A Charles Darwin University PHD candidate is studying how farmers are managing climate change.

According to David McKenzie, farmers are doing amazing things in how they think, manage and act in relation to extreme climatic conditions.

David has met with a number of farmers across the country to see how they mange their crops, livestock and businesses.

Rural reporter Georgia Kondek spoke with David who says, farmers need to be prepared to adapt to the current challenges of climate change.
