A ‘Black Lives Matter’ protest organiser has made himself look like a complete moron during a traffic stop with NSW Police. A bloke named Paul Silva was pulled over by NSW Police in South Kempsey.

He was allegedly using his phone while driving… But when the officer tried to talk to him during the traffic stop – he wasn’t having any of it…
