From the 1st of July, legislation was set to be enforced which would see people who vape having to go to a doctor or a GP to seek a script and go to a pharmacist to buy their e-cigarettes. However, the Government will water down those vaping changes to gain the support of the Greens.

They will now allow pharmacists to sell vapes without a script and will be behind the counter like many other medications.

Maynard has his concerns saying that the “vape industry is targeting kids.”
