Chris O’Keefe has questioned the decisions by UK officials to arrest and charge individuals over their involvement in far-right riots and inciteful comments on social media earlier this month.

He says while the comments made by individuals have been bad, he questioned the decision to sentence one middle-aged woman to jail for 15 months over she called for a Mosque to be blown up with people inside.

“I am looking over there thinking to myself: ‘What is going on? 15 months for a Facebook post as terrible as it may be, versus a guy – 12 weeks, put on a sex offender register, an Afghani refugee who is then spared deportation,” he said.
