Survey shows workers will come back to the office for a payrise

Nearly half of Australian workers would need a salary increase to return to the office, according to new research from recruiter Robert Half.

The survey of 1,000 full-time employees found 44% expect a 10% pay rise to consider office-based work.

Robert Half director Nicole Gorton highlights to Clinton that workers now seek better incentives to compensate for commuting costs, childcare, and loss of personal time associated with full-time office work.
